There are those who slip, and it wasn’t intentional. Who hasn’t sinned with the tongue?
And believe not every word. There is one, that slippeth with the tongue, but not from his heart.
A person may say something carelessly and not really mean it. Everyone has sinned in this way at one time or another.
Then, too, a person can slip and not mean it; who has not sinned with his tongue?
And of course a man may let something slip without intending to do so; is anyone’s tongue free of guilt?
A person may make a slip without intending it. Who has not sinned with his tongue?
A person may make a slip without intending it. Who has not sinned with his tongue?
A person may make a slip without intending it. Who has not sinned with his tongue?
A person may make a slip without intending it. Who has not sinned with his tongue?
A person may make a slip without intending it. Who has never sinned with his tongue?
A person may make a slip without intending it. Who has never sinned with his tongue?
There is a man that falleth [or that slideth] by his tongue, but not of will, that is, wittingly and of (or on) purpose. For why who is he, that trespasseth not in (or with) his tongue?
